Refund Policy

General Principle
Because Grandroam provides tailor-made travel planning and third-party coordination, refund eligibility depends on the confirmed proposal, payment stage, supplier rules and cancellation date. Final terms should be stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation.
Planning Fees and Deposits
Custom planning fees and confirmed deposits may become non-refundable once planning work, supplier reservations, guide scheduling or appointment coordination has started. Any refundable portion will be calculated after deducting incurred costs and non-refundable supplier charges.
Hotels, Transport and Experiences
Hotel rooms, flights, trains, private vehicles, guides, tickets, meals and experiences follow the cancellation policies of the relevant suppliers. Some peak-season, special-access or prepaid services may be non-refundable.
Medical and Wellness Arrangements
Checkup centers, hospitals, clinics, acupuncture providers and interpreters may have separate booking, cancellation and rescheduling rules. Grandroam will communicate known supplier rules before confirmation when possible.
Force Majeure and Travel Disruption
For events outside our control, such as severe weather, public health restrictions, government actions, transport disruption or supplier closure, we will try to reschedule or recover refundable amounts from suppliers, but cannot guarantee full refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact us in writing at 2903442247@qq.com with your booking details. Approved refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method where possible.
