Services
Grandroam provides private travel planning, itinerary design, concierge coordination, local support and related arrangements for China travel. Services may include hotels, guides, transport, restaurants, cultural experiences, health checkup coordination, acupuncture wellness coordination and hospital accompaniment support.
No Medical Advice
Grandroam is not a hospital, clinic or medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or clinical recommendations. Any medical decisions must be made between the traveler and qualified licensed medical professionals.
Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and required payment are received. Prices, availability and supplier terms may change until confirmed. Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal, travel and appointment information.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, personal health decisions, customs rules, payment tools, personal belongings and compliance with local laws. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Third-Party Providers
Hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, checkup centers, interpreters and experience providers are independent third parties. Grandroam coordinates services but is not responsible for professional medical decisions, supplier acts outside our control or traveler choices.

Guest stories, reviews or shared content may be moderated before publication. We may remove content that is false, abusive, illegal, promotional, private, medical-record related or otherwise unsuitable.
